One of the biggest challenges cited by leaders and team members is a reluctance or lack of knowledge regarding how to navigate difficult conversations, even though avoiding them negatively impacts culture and representation. In this session, the group will explore how to overcome fears and embrace the discomfort that comes with these necessary conversations. The presentation will share lessons learned from past mistakes and offer books, tools, and tips to help create safe spaces where difficult conversations can be held and appreciated.
